The issue of financial viability is at the heart of planning and is crucial to making new development happen. Given the current economic difficulties, the rapidly changing policy context and the increased demands to provide homes of a high quality, the issue is more important than ever. Using examples and best practice, this event will provide an introduction to the issue and the key factors to be aware of.
